Welcome to our Y7 transition 2022 page – this is where we will post information, letters, forms and so on related to this year’s transition

Forms

We invite all parents of students joining us in Year 7 this September to complete the following enrolment forms

Please complete these before the induction days on 29/30 June

These webforms have guidance to help you complete them. Please complete these carefully so we have the correct information on file for your child(ren)

If you have more than one child joining us in September, separate copies of the relevant forms will need completed for each child

When completing these forms, please:

  • Enter the full name (first and last name) – please do not just enter first names
  • If asked for the child’s form, enter ‘Year 7’
  • If asked whether you are completing the form for a new or existing student, select new student

If you are unable to complete these online forms, please contact us to request paper copies

Student data collection (blue form) – this required form will provide us with the enrolment information we need for your child(ren), including emergency contact information and details of who should receive emails, text messages and/or app messages from the school

GDPR/data permissions – this required form will provide us with your permissions for things like photography and our biometric canteen system

ICT use, home/school agreement and attendance contract – this required form is for your cooperation in the safe and responsible use of our ICT systems, your participation in the home/school agreement and attendance expectations

Administration of medication (green form) – this optional form should only be completed if your child(ren) will need to take medication during the school day, for example inhalers, insulin, prescribed medication. If your child(ren) does not regularly take medication during the school day, this form does not need to be completed
